Gillman Grove

GILLMAN Grove is a small family run property in Kendenup, Western Australia. We have about 11 different olive varieties, with about 1800 olive trees in total. As many of our varieties are best suited for making olive oil, we decided to look at having them pressed at an offsite press. But with such diversity of olive varieties ripening at different times, attempting to harvest the entire crop in order to have them pressed at a pre-booked time at a large commercial press was never going to work for us.
